40 ml Mastic Tears Lemon
20 ml hibiscus syrup
25 ml fresh lime juice
2 spoons lemon cream
Glass: coupette
Garnish: dried hibiscus leaves
Pour all ingredients in a shaker and shake well for 10-12 seconds until lemon cream is well combined with the liquid ingredients. Strain in the serving glass. Sprinkle dried hibiscus leaves on top of the drink.
