25 ml Mastic Tears Lemon
15 ml premium gin
15 ml elderflower liqueur
10 ml honey
Glass: Julep
Garnish: Rose
Top up a julep glass with ice to chill it. Pour all ingredients in the shaker and shake well with ice. Pour the mixture in the serving glass over fresh ice. Add crashed ice if needed. Garnish with a rose
